A+

We stayed 3 nights on this Hotel, no complaints at all. The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurant, Attractions etc. The rooms are comfortable with two queen beds and balconies. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping department was very prompt and efficient. We called for maintenance because our sliding door got stuck and they fixed very quick. My kids loves their pool; is not big but have a slide very cool, the breakfast is good too and they have a lovely Mickey Mouse waffles with different flavors. Try to go early because around 8:30 to 9:30 gets super busy and is hard to find tables or make waffles. Good experience, excellent price and we will stay there again. Good Job!

Just awful

I had to spend two weeks in this awful place. I really don't know how people can say nice things about it. The breakfast was terrible, the same things every day. The only hot food they served was scrambled eggs and sausages. They had the same 3 cereals available that were cheap and nasty. We bought our own cereal from the shop and took it down for breakfast. That's if you found a space! Some days there was no where to sit so we had to take it back to our room. You also had to eat with plastic cutlery and plates. The bedroom was very basic, the beds were comfy but too high for my 5 year old to get onto. We had ants in our room! The cleaners used some spray but they came back. I had numerous problems with the neighbours either side of me. The alarm went off for an hour from 6:30 two days on a row. The other side they came in at 3am and woke us all up, you could hear them laughing and joking. The lifts were a nightmare, we stayed at the top floor and everyday would would stop at every floor as there were so many people trying to get on. The pool area was dirty and very cold. I couldn't get my money back on the hotel. Staying here ruined my two week family holiday.

Stay in Orlando, FL

We found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable; however, be prepared for lots of guests as it's right near Disneyworld. We chose this hotel because it was a better price that the others that were nearby and we got free breakfast. The bedding was "to die for", so comfortable. I liked the mattresses so much that I asked what type they used and they are Serta and all Comfort Inns carry them in their hotels. The breakfast was great but the same every day. But the ladies who worked in the kitchen were so attentive as to whether the buffet was out of food and they immediately brought out more so no one would miss out. The pool is great, our grandkids loved it. It has a waterfall slide at one end of the pool. Everything about this hotel was wonderful even though it is an older hotel. You would see someone mopping the floors in the lobby every day and our room was cleaned and towels refreshed whether we asked for them or not. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a reasonable hotel in the Orlando/Disneyworld area. Well worth your time and money. Oh yes, there is a laundry room for guests to do their own laundry if so desired.

Economical option for vacation

There were plenty of things to like about this property. First off, the parking was free and no "resort fee." Nothing irks me more when starting my vacation than getting to the front desk and finding there's another $200 you have to pay. The man checking us in was nice and did the job quickly. He asked if we were going to Universal or Disney and gave us a $5 off coupon to buy tickets at the concierge desk. We kind of chuckled at $5 off, but five bucks is five bucks I guess...more on that later. The room was clean, we didn't see any bugs of any kind during our stay. You could see light coming in around the door. but all the locks worked, so it didn't concern me too much. The toilet didn't flush very well. It looked like the tub and shower weren't very old, so maybe it had some upgrades recently. There was a balcony, which is nice, but we didn't use it.They had two kinds of pillows on the bed, soft and firm, which is a nice touch to cover everyone's preferences. All the electronics worked. They had plug ins for phone chargers on the base of the lamp by the bed, which hotels need to start providing in this day and age.The breakfast was ok. General free hotel breakfast. Cereal, waffle maker, breads and muffins, yogurt. Scrambled eggs that weren't that good and sausage links. Breakfast was always so crowded and you would have the head of the family at the waffle maker making 5 waffles, and at 2:30 per waffle, that's 10 minutes just in cooking waffles, let alone the time for them to dig the waffles out and get syrup, etc. I'll have to give the hotel credit for having 4 waffle makers to try and help, but it was still a long wait to get one. They were mickey mouse shaped waffles if you care about that. So, the $5 off coupon deal. For some reason they wanted our IDs to see if there were any deals. I doubt there's discounts for Iowans, but anyway, we wanted one day park to park at Universal, which I had always seen online for $165. I heard her mumble something about $195 after the $5 off. I told her to wait a minute, I thought it was $165. She said no, it's $200. I got on their website and showed her the $165 price. She said I know, you can get that price if you buy tickets online. I said well, I'll buy them online then and said I was sorry to waste her time. I thought it might be a rip off at the hotel, but we got to the park and it was $205 for the one day park to park, so the hotel was actually cheaper. But while waiting in line, I ordered our tickets through the website for $165. So just order your tickets before you go. I felt kind of bad because I probably came across rude to the concierge, so if she reads this and knows exactly who is typing this, I'm sorry.Anyway, the area around the hotel has many restaurants and gift shops too, to give you something to do in the evening.

Won't Stay Again

We won't be staying again and we're glad it was just an overnight.Worst costumer service. Charged our reservation card NOT the card we presented for payment. The payment process is sketchy and you're not informed of ANYTHING. Like when we were checked in HE DIDN'T SAY A SINGLE WORD TO US. THE SAME WHEN HE CHECKED IS OUT. HORRIBLE.WE WILL NOT STAY. YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
