Paris Las Vegas
- What's Included
when me and my new husband stayed here the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was beautiful..the casino and everything was clean and very nice..we would stay here again, the food was very good also..love the decor as well
Checking in was a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!! 2.5 hours standing in lines was ridiculous, not to mention the rude woman behind the desk. If she isn't interested in a public service job then she needs to get out of the business. Once that ordeal was over.........the room was wonderful, but to get anywhere you have to walk through the smoky casino. Would not be my choice of hotel and had no other options except the same at Planet Hollywood. The heat was oppressive, but not the hotels fault.
Overall there was nothing wrong with Paris but I expected more. We used the kiosk to self check in and after getting to our room, the keys did not work. I went back to the desk and thankfully there was no line and they were able to get us new keys. The room was clean but overall the hotel shows some wear. The wifi did not work the three nights that we were there. Not a huge deal because of my phone plan but to "include" the wifi in the $35 a day resort fee and then not have it working is kind of a scam. Still had a great time and would stay here again if he price was right.
First, let me start out by saying that I always call the Player's Club for M and for Total Rewards to see which one is offering the best deal. This time, it happened to be for Paris. We have stayed here before and I was happy to be going back,The only problem that we encountered was check in. Part of this was on me. We had been travelling and I had neglected to check my email to see that they were offering me online check-in. Since I had not done that, I had to stand in a long line which a.) took the Diamond players first, which they should and b.) did not have enough staff to check in the customers waiting in line. When we left, the line had doubled in length. This is an area they need to improve. That was the only issue we had. Our rooms were next door to my sister's, as we had requested. It was clean and had been renovated. Our hall was so quiet that we did not hear a sound at any time of the day. People had to have been coming in all night long because there were do not disturb signs on many doors throughout the day!My sister mistakenly left $150 in cash out on the bed. When she returned, it had been moved over to the desk and the bed made. How is that for honesty! The pool was great. It was 110 degrees when we were there and the pool did not feel crowded at all. We could find chairs and shady places to sit. The theme of Paris is carried out throughout the hotel. It probably does the best of any of the Vegas hotels in that respect. Ladies, use the main restroom on the first floor. It is beautifulThe location of this hotel can't be beat. It is close to everything. We did use Uber to take us to Fremont street. Many of the hotels now have Uber pickup sites marked.Would I go back? Absolutely, if I had any money left after leaving it all in Vegas!
I hate to be complaining because I had a comp room for 2 nights, but when I saw my room I was kind of shocked. It was definitely outdated and looked like a motel room. It did not match the suite my in laws had at all that was right down the hall on same floor. It was apparent that money only went into certain rooms for updating. Overall it was a good stay.
