Paris Las Vegas
- What's Included
We called customer service 3 times and it took them forever to fix our shower issue. We seriously had to let the water run for 20 mins before we can feel the heat. The sink and tub warm water worked perfectly fine. I asked for a different room and they said they will fix the issue but it took them a day to do it.
A very dependable destination. Great location on the strip. Not too big - homey atmosphere!Paris is reasonably compact, unlike some of the larger hotels. Has some great restaurants.A breakfast outside on the Strip at Mon Ami Gabi is a must do!
I was at the Paris hotel for a conference the last few days and I couldn't be more disappointed. This hotel has put money into their bar and casino over the last 3 years, but the guest rooms are for the suckers who stay there. My room was sub-par in so many ways.1. The wardrobe furniture was legitimately FALLING apart2. There was ONE available plug in the room, at the foot of one of the queen beds, I'm sure every time the cleaning team turns the room over for a new guest, they're forced to plug back in the antiquated alarm clock and re-set it, what a waste of time.3. My bathroom did not have a functional door knob or lock.4. It is a drought, and the shower was constantly leaking and the toilet was running all night, 24/7.5. The light outside of my door went on/off 24/7 for 3 days straight. It would take a maintenance person probably 60 seconds to fix, yet no one cares to fix it. And if staff isn't reporting it, that's another issue.6. There's a room service menu and on page 1 it lists a 20-minute express pot of coffee. Upon calling, I was informed this is something they don't honor and it would take 1h30m for a cup of coffee to be brought to my room. Instead i decided to wait on line at the cafe for 25 minutes to get a $6 cup of coffee. I was advised there was cardboard in my room with their new policy, which there wasn't, so instead I decided to update their book myself since they're too lazy to do it themselves.7. Wifi - the day i got there i connected, but 3 days of fees and my wifi only worked ONE TIME. I tried and tried and tried but being there for a business trip I was only in my room for a few minutes at a time and was unable to wait around for a tech person to leisurely get around to me. They had so many other networks available that guests (who pay $32+ per day for access whether they connect or not) cannot use. This hotel is a PIECE OF GARBAGE. If you're going to enjoy Las Vegas and want to be in this vicinity, I would recommend the Cromwell, Bellagio or the Cosmopolitan. They're all committed to their customers experience, something the Paris has yet to figure out.
The Hotel itself i found it to be really nice, very beautiful, clean and hospitable. However, i booked a room for 4 people (we were only 3) and the wifi was only available for 2 devices at once, which i found a little ridiculous if i am already paying for 3 people. They also give you a voucher for breakfast but the options are extremely limited, we didn't use the voucher at all during our stay. That being said, the restaurants in the hotel were very good, staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.
The rooms were very nice and the views were spectacular. Everything was clean, having the giant wardrobes were a nice addition to the room, no wrinkled clothes! The pool hours were odd (10am-4pm) but it's probably due to being the off season.
