Checked into Red Rocks after a very long day of relocating my daughter and fiancé to Summerlin. I felt like I'd hit the jackpot when the front desk gave us a 500 sq ft upgrade. Our suite was over-the-top opulent at a chain hotel rate! We were both too exhausted to take in any of this place's offerings, but we're already planning a return.
Was here for a Anniversary celebration and everything was top notch. Rooms were spacious and well done. Pool area was awesome and front desk staff, pool staff and concierge staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only negative was that unlike most rooms, they did not have a coffee machine in the room. Perhaps because Starbucks has a big presence in the resort/casino area.
The Red Rock Resort is really nice. If it weren't for the rooms, the rating would be excellent. Let's start with the good. The amenities are wonderful.....Restaurants: We had breakfast at the buffet and it was pretty good. The Grand Café was also really good. Casino: Very nice and spread out. Pool: So much fun for the kids and adults. Great food at the pool restaurant as well. Bowling/Movies: Fun, fun, fun and great for the kids. Now the bad. The rooms were really dusty for some reason. During our stay, we moved to three different rooms, which was a challenge to say the least. I expected the rooms to be cleaner but we also had a problem with dirty sheets and the floors always seemed to have hair on them....this was especially visible on the marble floor in the bathroom. This Resort needs to re-train their Housekeeping because there's no reason for their rooms to be subpar. Also they need to thoroughly clean or replace the sofas in the rooms because they are dirty.I really expected more from my stay here but couldn't relax due to the room issues. To the Resorts credit, they did try to resolve the situation; therefore that made it a bit better. The best thing is the kids really loved amenities.
this trip we didn't stay at this hotel, we were comped at another hotel chain, but we drove from our hotel on the strip to eat and gamble here all day, and we returned the next day for another 1/2 day....that's how much we love it here. the casino is clean and the choice of machines is excellent. the staff is friendly and helpful and the dining choices are excellent. the "vibe" in the casino is like no other....classy and modern and clean. its easy and free to park here and it is right in the heart of many shopping districts. we love the closeness to RED ROCK CANYON...so pretty!! kuddos to the staff and management of this place...you do everything well, so well that we stay elsewhere and come here to spend our money!!!
I love Red Rock Casino & Spa. It's miles away from the craziness of the strip, and that's exactly what we like about it! We've always had a great stay...staff is very friendly, nice rooms and casino is spread out enough where you're not bumper to bumper with other guests. We always get canyon view rooms...the mountains are beautiful at sunrise. Very nice pool area, however it would be great if they had a few more shade umbrellas...they go fast!And I'd like to give a special "thank you" to 2 waiters at Grand Cafe...Ryan and Vincenzo. Wow, what great guys...polite, kind, friendly. Thanks again!Can't wait to come back...we recommend Red Rock to all our family & friends.
