Our Opinion
A highly acclaimed resort, The Mirage offers first-class service to pamper your every need. The Award winning Renoir restaurant is true dining elegance. The many exotic wildlife attractions and lush garden setting make this resort feel like a real tropical paradise. A continuous monorail links to Treasure Island. Very highly recommended.

Overview
A spectacular South Seas tropical Oasis, every detail of The Mirage is state-of-the-art. The backdrop of the registration desk is a 20,000 gallon aquarium of sharks & rare tropical fish, and nearby, you walk beneath 80 foot palms over lagoons in the indoor rain forest. Superior quality, sophisticated accommodations and excellence, is just the start of the seemingly endless beauty of waterfalls, an exploding volcano, and a sanctuary for rare white Siberian tigers & exotic animals, this resort is simply paradise. Right in the heart of the Strip, enjoy the complimentary monorail connecting to neighbouring hotel TI - Treasure Island.

Location: On the Strip, centrally located between Treasure Island and Caesar's Palace.

Outstanding Customer service

This was our 3rd trip to Vegas and we will certainly be staying at the mirage again. Not only are you in a perfect location but you have the best pool. Across the street is Walgreens (incase you forget little items or to purchase drinks for the room), Ben and Jerry's and if you want a cheaper breakfast or snack you'll find McDonald's & Denny's.We barely left the resort because all you need is there. Cirque Du Soleil show (Love - Beattles) and next door at Treasure Island is Mystere (Cirque Du Soleil). There's also a tram that runs every 8 min to treasure island.*SERVICE - BEST I'VE SEEN. The check in was fast and we got our room early (10am) as we arrived on a Sunday. Normaly early check in is $30 but we weren't charged. It's easy to find the rooms and restaurants. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. On our last day, we checked out late. Normal time is 11am, they can give you until noon or for $40 you can stay until 3pm. We opted for the 3pm time and again we were NOT charged any Extra! Again, I think it was due to the fact we were staying during the week and not on the weekends when the rooms are in high demand.*ROOMS - The rooms were very large and clean. They had all the hook ups so we could connect our laptop to the TV (HDMI) and watching Netflix was not an issue (WiFi was great).*POOL - The pool was clean, warm and beautiful. Chairs were easy to find, mostly sunny but there are some shady spots. There is a pool restaurant that delivers your food to you and drinks. You can charge to your room so no need to bring cash, just your room key and ID.I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone! !

Good hotel but a few niggles

The hotel is in a good position on strip. On arrival we upgraded to a room on 24th floor as my husband prefers a walk in shower, as he has problems with his knees stepping into a bath. The room wasn't ready so they advised us they would text us in 2 -3 hours. After 5 hours after having no text and being told it still wasn't ready they did give us key pass and we found it was ready! Room was OK, a bit dated but clean, great view over volcano and strip. Annoying no coffee/tea making facilities and no fridge we could use. Also why no shower gel. Room quite noisy even on 24th floor we could hear music from bars and traffic especially emergency vehicles. What is resort fee for? Wifi was rubbish.Pool was very crowded and noisy, beds extremely close together and no shade.First afternoon couldn't use pool due to a guest having an accident!!! Wouldn't risk pool after that.Didn't like the perfume that was pumped into casino very sickly.Restaurants we used were very good especially Portofino. We went to the Cirque de Soleil Beatles show Love - it was fantastic, a highlight of our holiday. All the staff we encountered were very nice, polite and helpful. Not sure we would stay at Mirage again.

Customer Service

Having a great experience here, service has been high level but and well maintained. Will probably come back again before we leave Vegas to do a better comparison. As it stands now it's well located to be a decent home base and it's a bit quieter than some of the other parts of the strip look

One of our favorite places to stay while vacationing in Las Vegas!

We have stayed at The Mirage numerous times over the years, and once again we stayed at the Mirage for 5 nights over the Easter break. The Mirage NEVER Disappoints and once again it lived up to it's reputation!Check In was a breeze despite it being busy and without asking we were upgraded to a view room located on the 8th floor, Room 8072. At the time of check in, we were asked if we used the self parking, seeing that we had and that we were Pearl MLife Members, our room key was adjusted so that we would not have to pay for parking. Our room (2 queens) was clean through out. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room each and every day promptly. One of the main reasons we have called the Mirage home is because of it's wonderful pool. Despite having over 1000 seats it is the norm for hotel guests to line up approx 30 minutes prior to the pool opening, again this was the case on our visit. Pool area was extremely busy over the Easter weekend, so it is wise to be there EARLY!Our family had a wonderful stay and are presently planning our summer getaway in August, looking forward to another great stay!

Still worth a visit

Went to see The Beatles - Love at the Mirage. Had dinner at Carnegie Deli. Place is getting a little old but still one of the strips best destinations. The volcano still great to see. Need to update the sports betting area.
