Our Opinion
A highly acclaimed resort, The Mirage offers first-class service to pamper your every need. The Award winning Renoir restaurant is true dining elegance. The many exotic wildlife attractions and lush garden setting make this resort feel like a real tropical paradise. A continuous monorail links to Treasure Island. Very highly recommended.

Appreciate good service and great room

Front desk help (Isha, especially) was fast, efficient and friendly. Also, the MLife desk clerk (Jessica) was most helpful. The casino remains one of our favorites (design, choice of slots, super poker room). Restaurants always get an A for service and food. The pool was refreshing rather than being luke warm...a nice feature in the heat of September. Rooms are always clean, comfortable (pillows could be a bit softer/smaller), with lots of storage space. Hope to stay longer next time. NOTE:Bathroom needed upgrading, esp. bathtub.

OK ish

Check in was quick, we upgraded to a "staywell" room which has aromatherapy and "mood lighting" the room was OK but I'm not sure it was worth the price to upgrade, the room was very spacious apart from the bathroom which was quite small and the towels although plentiful are really small, no bath sheets more like bath towels, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and beware the minibar, everything in it is weight sensitive aparantly if you even pick something out of it to just look it gets charges to your room automatically, also our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived, the toilet roll holder was full of dust and I found d somebody's contact lense on the floor, we stopped in the hilton in San Francisco before we came here which was excellent and we sort of expected the same sort of thing here at the mirage but we didn't get it, be prepared to pay the "resort fee" as well which basically means you are paying $35.00 a night for wifi, as this was our first time in Vegas we thought we ought to stop in a well known hotel if we were to come here again I would think about staying at a cheaper hotel which is still in the middle of the strip like ballys as it's only a place to sleep when you're in Vegas. I hope I haven't been too mean to the mirage as it is a really nice hotel but to me it's just not worth the money to stay here.

GREAT STAY!

Our visit was from 9/18-20. Our room was wonderful with a strip and volcano view. It was spotless and comfortable! Check in was a breeze and the service provided to us by Kyle was great!!! The Mirage is a great hotel, our stay was fabulous, and the location was perfect! Would we go back??? Absolutely!!! Should you??? Most definitely!

Overall Good Choice

I traveled with friends and we chose this hotel for its pool and central location. Upon check-in, we were offered a cheap upgrade to their new "Stay-Well" floor, which was worth it for what we paid. The rooms were newly renovated, there was an air filtration system on the entire floor and in the room, the water was filtered, and I think there was vitamin C added to the shower/bath water. The pool was wonderful - though it did get quite crowded later on, but the heat was too much for us then! The front desk and concierge staff were lovely, and we found them quite accommodating. The location is very central, and convenient. I would definitely stay here again - and would stay on the "Stay-Well" floor again as well!

Fantastic love the Mirage

First stay at the Mirage loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, deal included 2 meals per day at the buffet restaurant Carvings which included a huge variety of food, wine and beer. The pool area was fantastic great atmosphere. We booked The Terry Fator show which is in a theatre in the hotel, very funny show. We played the slots and had free drinks so a good deal. We drove to Vegas from LA, easy drive better than flying and spending time at the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel.
