The Mirage Resort Casino
- What's Included
I was at a conference and staying at the hotel for the duration. very convenient location on the strip and a bridge over to the Venetian. Lots of slots/gaming tables and several restaurants including a Starbucks!Just minutes from the airport.
Third visit to the Mirage. We like its central location and reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but lack sufficient outlets and connections for today's electronics. Halls were noisier than we remember. A little disappointed this trip that the casino ventilation system did not seem to keep up with the tobacco smoke. Many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Beautiful pools and gardens. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy electronic check-in and check-out.
I booked a room for a few girls for a bachelorette party and the Mirage staff was overwhelmingly accommodating. I called them multiple times after I made reservations to check to see if my M life Rewards perks would bring down the price of the room because sometimes the rates do go down randomly and they were always happy to help me. They even were very patient with me when I was trying to book tickets for Zumanity through them. The concierge desk also helped with booking us a Top Golf reservation before we left the hotel so we didn't even have to wait! I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here with a deal we found which made it relatively reasonable. It was nice to be able to charge items to our room as we enjoyed the pool one day. There were various restaurants to choose from, but I would avoid the Still with their $50 minimum on football Sundays. It would also be nice if you could get sushi for lunch, but Otoro is only open for dinner. Housekeeping staff was very efficient, and we were able to access the mobile check in. With our outbound flight delayed, it was also nice to have the option for late checkout for an additional fee. The prices at the gift shop are outrageous. Go across the street to Walgreens for your provisions. The fact that there is a $35/day charge for a room fridge is also crazy. The atrium is beautiful. We were disappointed to learn that the dolphin habitat was an additional charge. All in all, it's a good value for the price, and it is a nice central location on the Strip. We would stay here again.
We stayed here for three nights in the first week of October. We had a volcano view room. I was disappointed in the view from the room. The windows were really dirty and the reflections on glass made it impossible to get a good picture out the window. It didn't help that there were so many lights pointing up on building at night. The bathroom was very small with a standard bathtub/shower setup. Shower water pressure was okay. The refrigerator was filled with items to buy so there was no room to store your personal water (which I like to do). The beds seem to be comfortable for sleeping. We used the mobile check-in and TV check out so we didn't interact with the staff very much. I like the fact that they had some more affordable type restaurants for the few of us that don't want to spent a lot of money on eating. I rated my stays mostly on the cleanness of the hotel and the rooms. The casino was nice like most of the casinos in Vegas. The hotel location was great right in the middle of everything on the strip.
