The Quad Resort & Casino
- What's Included
I don't plan on ever staying at the linq hotel again. The service at check in was poor. My reservation was incorrect, that I made two months ago and confirm a couple nights prior. The girl at reservation was not sympathetic. She tried to upgrade me in a dark terrible suite that was a hike to get too. I originally informed her I needed something close to the elevator, I cannot walk too far. I had to call guest services for authorization to change rooms, what I had originally ordered. Now became open. Was informed to go back in line to the original girl. She was not pleasant. I checked in at about noon on Sunday June 18th, if you want to figure out who serviced me. This wasted half my 1st day there. The 2nd room was better, but I just had bad taste from the checkin.
We had a few issues due to our name having an " ' " - the computers wouldn't let us sign into Internet or charge to the room - they fixed it and saved us some money - every question was always answered with a smile! We would go back!
3rd visit to Las Vegas as I love coming here. My family and I celebrated my birthday and we stayed here at the Linq. The hotel itself was very accommodating with a modern touch. The casino area is very nice as well. Tried a few slots, some paid, and some did not...LOL. I usually stay at the Stratosphere whenever I'm in vegas, wanted to try something new and glad I did. The Linq is in a good location, basically in the middle of the strip. I think the next time I visit vegas again, the Linq will be my home away from home to stay......If ever there.....try Guy's Fieri's restaurant........from the food network show. The burgers are huge and tasty!!!!!!! Also, try out Hash N Go restaurant.....they are also huge with their portions. If anyone is considering of going to vegas and not sure on where to stay. The Linq is the way to go.....don't listen to the folks who had any negative comments.....try it for yourself. You will thank me!!! Also, you can only enter your floor using your room key as the elevator is operated that way......Good looking out Linq hotel for our safety..... Until next time......See you in a few years Vegas........
The linq was a good stay, the price is affordable and the location couldn't be any better, it's right in the middle of all the action on the strip. It was a clean hotel with an updated atmosphere. I will stay again when I come back to Las Vegas.
If looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price, this is a good option! Rooms are big and modern. The whole hotel looks slick and newGreat restaurants on site like Chayo Mexican food and Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen, both serve big portions at decent prices. The pool is small but has games like Giant Jenga and beer pong. We also went over to Caesars pool and The Flamingo pool which are all part of the same group
