The Quad Resort & Casino
- What's Included
This is a nice hotel in a great location. I didn't have any issues at all except the noise from other guests. Drunk people in the hallways at all hours of the night. I hardly got any sleep at all. I wish the rooms were a bit more soundproof from the doorway. I guess this is the way it is at all Vegas hotels though. The spa is average, but nice employees. I would stay here again. You get what you pay for in Vegas and this was reasonably priced for me in a vacation package from Southwest Airlines.
I wanted to believe the reviews that this would be a decent hotel. Like Spirit, the nickel and dime-ing began at check-in. Here is my experience here.* Long check-in lines. They had automatic machines too but they didn't work.* $30 per day resort fee. The fee only includes wi-fi as far as I can tell.* 2 small bottles of water included on day 1. You're on your own after that.* No coffee pot in room. A cup of coffee downstairs starts at $4 and oh, the line.* Towels that remind me of a Motel 6. Think cheap, thin white bath towels.* Soap/shampoo from a bulk pump in the shower.* Lowest pile, thinnest carpet I've ever seen in a hotel* Long, dark hallways* Smoke everywhere* Not enough elevators. Always a long wait.On the plus side, the bed was comfy. Thankfully they didn't skimp on that. This review shows what you can REALLY expect here.
We had to leave The Linq because the music was way too loud, and unbearable at the casino floor!!! We ended up leaving to play at the Green Valley Ranch Casino, where the music wasn't blaring! We understand that loud music is best at the bars (where there it is a party atmosphere) but Caesars Entertainment Company needs to realize that the youngsters are not at the casino floor to gamble, but at the bars to drink and party. It is not necessary to have the music blaring, especially to the speakers that are right above the slot/pokers machines!
Great location, unfriendly staff. When we checked in at night ( 10:00 pm ) we asked the receptionist about an upgrade and other questions/issues we had... She just didn't respond to us and ignored our questions. We also didn't get any room cleaning while our stay.Sad...
was here with girlfriends for two nights. this is a very trendy hotel. room was not big enough tho for two double beds.this is a very nice hotel even when vegas rain haird they can experienced some flooding. my uber driver was persistent enough to get me to my hotel that day so end with car broke down. overall amazing stay and will come back for sure
