Trump Hotel is exceptional

No casino. No smokers. No lines. Outstanding service. A very helpful shuttle service stops at the Wynn every few minutes. Concierge and room service were fantastic. The DJT restaurant had excellent food and great service.

Great first time in Vegas !

My boyfriend took me to Vegas for 4 days ... it was my first time . Trump was a perfect fit for us ... impeccably clean ... every area of the hotel smells great and is super clean and well maintained. I loved the complimentary water every day .. as it is so hot right now we always were walking around with a bottle . The staff is super friendly and helpful . The pool was great .. played great music and walked around everyday day with a new sample of something ! We will definitely be back !

It is my opinion that the Trump International is the Classiest Hotel in Las Vegas.

Other Hotels are glitzy and have WOW factors. True. But the Trump has a lot of quality, Free valet parking, super clean, excellent staff and service, attention to detail and wonderful bed and baths. I highly recommend it to any one.

Civilised for Vegas

Stayed at both Trump and Mandalay. Trump wins hands down. Large rooms and pretty clean. Free coffee in room unlike the Mandalay. No queues at checkin and check out. The only criticism is that it's near the train line and train drivers are free and easy with their horns - obviously feel that if they're up at 3am then everyone should be. Overall v.good.

Bad Experience for such Upscale Property

When I arrived it was an extremely long delayed wait to check in. After checking in I was told my room was fully read so the wait continues. After finally getting into my room I noticed that the carpet was worn and need a good shampoo for some stain spots if they couldn't be removed the carpet should have been replace before booking the room again. As well the sitting couch was worn on the out and the horror revealed itself that night that the couch was also needing replacement because the let out bed was like sleeping on rocks of all different sizes poking you. The spring were worn terribly in this bed. I called down to let them know that it's no way we could sleep another night like that and we were given more blankets to put over the bed springs to hope for comfort. It was a mess and my sister eventually ended up not sleeping on the bed but on the couch pillows. We also noticed during check in that the room wasn't clean it was mold in the fridge and towels and bath amenities wasn't in the room, not to mention as well the bed looked as if someone had slept in it. All of this was reported to the front desk and I was told that they would send up housekeeping her name was Delores. She corrected what she could. On the second day I did receive a call from the front desk manager apologizing for the issues and saying he would accommodate my next stay/visit to Vegas with the Trump Property. Well well well an unexpected trip is on its way for myself on business for Aug-Sept 2. I contacted the property to take my offer up. I spoke with a front desk manager "Jerry" and I was basically harassed. For some reason he thinks I should have all of this in memory of who I spoke with and should've been the one to memo the company computers. I say this because now that another employee didn't do their job records of my stay discrepancies aren't available for the offer that was made to me. I'm being told that all he can do is give me an upgrade to the same suite type I had but I would have to pay the regular room rate plus resort fees. This is not right and it's sure not what I was expecting from such upscale property and its employees within management. Staying in Vegas goes so fast day in and nights outs that time spends like a blink of an eye of course any extra unexpected issues will hinder your true experience of such a great traveling vacation place "Vegas" that is. My bad moments was cause by the property of a 5 star rating. I'm normally a Hilton supporter and honors member but I chose to go with the Trump "Golden" Experience while in Vegas and it was a very bad experience for me and even now it resurface because I put it behind me to enjoy my trip because I was assure that management would take care of my completely on my next visit. Full room rate and resort fees are not accommodated me by any means. I'm so disappointed and I would advise anyone that want to stay at this property that the room I was placed in was no more than that of a 2 star property. I'm not sure if it was my race or my booking that lead to me having such a nasty worn down room. It was not acceptable and the after behavior of management is no acceptable. Overall the property is beautiful and like stepping into a Dream within the lobby. The front desk clerks were a bit snobbish and unfriendly. I wish for a GM to contact me about this.
