Westgate Las Vegas Resort And Casino
- What's Included
I stayed at the Casino all last week without any issues. Our stay was great overall - however the High Limit Table Games service is AWFUL. The Pit Bosses were clueless, the table games rules on blackjack were changed one day to the next due to half the Casino gaming floor being closed for new carpet replacement. The High Limit dealers, at least two out of the five I met, were socially awkward and just inappropriate for high limit gaming. Want a cocktail waitress? 30 plus minutes on multiple occasions. Cigarette comp? An hour and fifteen minutes for the Pit Boss to try and figure out how to make that happen when I'm playing hundreds of dollars every few hands watching him make phone calls, talk to people, apologizing repeatedly when I politely asked if they figured it out - just embarrassing. Then I was handed a blank slot machine ticket with some initials on it and told I could give that to a cocktail waitress for cigarettes while I'm playing. What cocktail waitress!? There weren't any and then finally when he called one over she brought the wrong pack of cigarettes after asking me for the old package as a visual reference. The brand is on the shelf and it wasn't complicated with the name of them. Just awful. Dealer hits soft 17, dealer doesn't hit soft 17, clueless customer service in the High limits area and by far the worst I've ever experiences anywhere in Las Vegas or any other casino winning or losing - just awful service.
JACOB and LISA were great customer service at the WESTGATE. I wanted to put a shot out to the both of them. Thank you for always being awesome! These two were great I will definitely come back to the westgate sports book. Nice tv screens nice drinks. Nice marble counters.Anyways nice place I highly recommend this place.
I had to stay here for my son's competition. We called at 7 pm to request our sofa bed made, and 4 hours, 3 phone calls and a front desk visit later nobody is here to make the bed. We can't go to sleep and we are frustrated. Never again staying at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay on the strip.
I stayed at this hotel June 2016 for a music festival. It’s a nice and a big hotel so lots to walk around and explore! My room was clean and spacious and had a view on the back side looking out to “normal” view of Vegas ( neighbourhoods/the mountains. Beds was extremely comfortable. Pool was great and big + had a bar which was a plus just make sure you have your room key with you to verify your staying at the hotel. The day of checkout we request a late checkout and it was granted without hassle. Our flight didn’t leave till 11 pm and thankfully they had a section to the side of the check in desk where you can get your bags stored as you wait to leave. Was great cause i did a little bit of more exploring! Beside it there’s a desk where you can purchase tickets to ride the rail ( dosent run 24hrs so be cautious when parting out on the strip) which by the way is An amazing way to get into the strip since the hotel is off the strip but to also explore all the other hotels. My only bad things I could say about this hotel is the smoking in the casino area. I mean it is Vegas but just be cautious with those with asthma etc. Another thing is finding actual food to eat! They have a buffet but it’s hours are really odd but good food. Also had Pizza Hut but only offered mini pizzas. They do have like souvenir shop with snacks so you could live off that + a connivence store outside the hotel across the street. Or just Uber eats/postmates. Overall I would most definitely stay at this hotel again! It’s comfortable and cheap!
We checked in tonight and had multiple issues. First the room we booked (two double beds and signature room) was unavailable, and they had us in a king bed. They offered us a larger room with a queen bed, and bring two rollaway beds for our kids. We thought that was a good compromise so accepted, only to be told by housekeeping that a second roll away bed could not be brought up because of the fire marshal rules. When we called back to the front desk to get back into the king bed so that one of our kids could sleep with us, we were told it was no longer available. We also asked for extra amenities and blankets for the kids, which have still not showed up for over 90 mins. Very disappointed in the service and promptness.
