Being HH members and not wanting to rent a car, we chose this hotel. There is a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport and is free. The staff was excellent and the rooms were nice. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good value. We didn't get to eat, but there were multiple venues and room service offers. Would definitely stay again!
Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. Clean higher end room, all full service hotel features, very nice staff. There is construction going on in Jan 2017 but they are managing it well. I didn't eat at the restaurant, though the lounge had a full bar and good apps. I also didn't use the gym so I can't review that. This hotel has the electronic key, which I'm liking more and more the more I stay, and my Diamond reward, two bottles of water (so cheesy!) was already in the room. I left my ipad by mistake but they have a very good online lost and found system (though an outside partner) and within an hour of my reporting my loss they had found it and dispatched it (at my request) back to my house. Good shuttle with multiple vehicles going back and forth 24/7 to LAX, which is less than a mile away. If you need a place to stay near LAX and are a Hilton person this is a good place to stay, but beware LAX as a "destination" is sparse/barren/businesslike only, etc. It is NOT a 'neighborhood' that you want to spend time in.
The room was very spacious and had amazing runway view of the LAX.The swimming pool was set to give you the feeling of luxury and feeling private at night time. Unfortunately finding the right parking spot is difficult. Still overall I say it's awesome.
One of my least favorite Hilton hotels. The hotel was old and shabby (even though there is restoration going on). The shower in my room was weak and the water was not hot. The reception staff were terrible (slow and highly unhygienic). The elevators worked only 50% of the time (out of 6, 2 worked, 1 was stuck and the others never arrived). The service at the bar was ghastly, food inedible, and rude waiters.
The 1st 4 nights were very good, except the WiFi was not secure. The 2nd 2 nights were fine, except during the day there was a lot of noise and disruption due to renovating/repairs. Very friendly/helpful maid staff!

If selecting an all-inclusive resort option, the package will also include the all-inclusive features as outlined by each resort.
