Hyatt Regency Maui
- What's Included
Good quality and location, but overpriced. Room condition needs update. Our room hot water took forever to get warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dining was good especially Japengo. Great location.
Overpriced, small room for rate. Nice pool and good poolside service. Porterage fee discourages bell staff from being helpful. Good food poolside. Drinks were weak. Brunch at Sonz' was very good. Overall, good, not great. Much less attentive than other hotel staff
The property was beautiful. The staff were the true embodiment of the Aloha spirit. They work none stop to keep this beautiful hotel impeccable. The rooms were quite and perfectly adorned. Great amenities around every corner. I will be coming back and staying here any time. A short drive to Lahaina and a 5min walk down the beach walkway to Whalers village.
Clean and nice but hotel is aging. Popcorn ceiling in the bedrooms and old, grimy, and a little moldy bathroom floors and tub. Excellent view but the room was barely average. Japengo was delicious. It we had terrible service.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Resort on Maui, felt right at home from the time we pulled up, checked in, right up to check out. Superb experience, excellent staff - I highly recommend this property to anyone.
