Gorgeous Hotel! Great Customer Service!

My boyfriend and I visited a few months ago for his birthday and we were blown away. The hotel was beautiful and had tons of character. From the moment we checked in, where we received a free room upgrade because of my boyfriend's birthday, to the moment we checked out where the bellman helped us with our bags, it was a great experience! The highlight of our trip, believe it or not, was the bar-tending staff in the lobby. Hector Jimenez whipped us up some unreal drinks (not on the menu) that we ended up having to go back for every day (a couple of times, haha)! Besides the great conversation, he even took the time to give us suggestions on what we "had to do while in Miami." Also, the food at all of the restaurants within the hotel was so incredible that we rarely left! On Sunday we did the Dim Sum brunch at Hakkasan (sooo delicious!) and they had a birthday card sitting at my boyfriend's place setting. It's small touches like that, that really made this vacation one for the books! We will definitely be back!

Overall a nice experience

For what we paid, the rooms seemed a little old and underwhelming. That being said, the hotel was beautiful as was the pool area. You'll want to get there early as all the good pool chairs are taken by 9. Before December/Thanksgiving is a great place to go if you're not interested in the party scene, as everything was very quiet, they were doing repairs and fire alarm testing the place was so empty. The pool was heated which was a nice touch, and there is a nice boardwalk to walk across the beach (no shops, just walking). If you want to save a couple (lot) of dollars, you'll want to get an uber and head into the center of town (about a 45 minute walk) to Lincoln Road (it's a nice walk and straight down, as the roads are numbered). We had a complimentary breakfast buffet included in our package which was very nice (the pancakes were amazing!). Overall it was a pleasant experience, and you probably will enjoy it, just don't let the price give you the false assumption that it will be an incredible place.

Luxury on the beach

It is the best service quality, Since we arrived in the front desk; Jeffrey was there for us. The installations were unique but they charge you for almost everything and high prices. The valet works perfect, you called them from your room and they have your car waiting but it expensive. The beach is relaxing and you can have some food for lunch.

The Best!

We stayed at the Fontainbleau hotel this past Labor Day weekend and had a blast. The hotel is beautiful! The staff are so nice and the pools and beaches were great as well. I will stay here next time I visit Miami.
