OverviewStay in the middle of the action at Hyatt Regency Miami. Indulge in the spirit of the American Riviera at this hotel located just 15 minutes from South Beach and two miles from the Port of Miami. This downtown hotel is conveniently situated adjacent to the Miami Convention Center and easily accessible to everywhere you want to be.
This hotel was the venue of a large conference I attended and therefore I stayed there. I booked a standard room. Most likely I got upgraded, but I never checked that with the front desk. The rooms was super spacious, nice view, large and comfy bed and very good bath room. Well equipped for working at the room. Free and fast Wi-Fi. Conference facilities were very practical and good. Served meals were delicious. Across the street was a Whole Foods Market - so easy to buy drinks and food to stock the fridge in the room. No problems to get taxis for going into the city or the airport. The hotel easily fulfilled by expectations - thank you.
The hotel staff were lovely, the venue and catering was fantastic, food was delicious and a great variety. We especially would like to recognize Jaime, one of the wait staff that evening who was extremely personable, professional, likeable and went out of his way to keep lines down at his station and ensure event attendees were happy.
Everyone in the hotel was awesome. I was recovering from surgery and they made my stay a lot easier. The staff was friendly and caring and they did not hesitate to help with what my husband and I needed.
I stayed here overnight on a Sunday to Monday morning and everyone was very very nice. They had valet at the front door. And they parked my car. It was rather expensive. $38 for parking overnight. Overall great trip and very clean. I will be using this hotel again.
When we arrive the room was very dirty and cold. We called downstairs to ask if someone can come up to clean the room and bring a blanket. A hour passed by and no one never came so I won't downstairs and ask the front desk myself they said they will send someone up but if I wait it will be longer no one never came until the next day. They came in and left a blanket on the bed but the room was still dirty we had to go to the CVS on the corner and buy a thorough just to be warm for the night. We also tried to book another hotel but all were sold out. This has to be the worst hotel with the worst customer service in Miami, Florida
