Great Conference Dining (Jaime)

Food and Service (Jaime) at the recent Conference was very good. Valet Parking was helpful. Convenient location near the MIA airport, near the highway, and ocean. Right across the street is also a nice large Whole Foods to walk to, in one minute.

Staff great, food great, ADA room had gross view, needed decoration, beds too small for two adults. It felt as though the decision had been taken to adapt the worst rooms for ADA compliance which is not a good reflection on the Hyatt brand.

Best trip ever!

I am so happy we booked our stay at this hotel. This place was nice and clean and my boyfriend, Leonardo, and I had a great view from our hotel room overlooking the river. When we went to dinner we got to view the river from a different angle allowing us to take in the incredible Miami view. We got to see yachts riding up the river with music, having a blast, giving us a complete Miami feel. We also were lucky enough to meet some soccer players and UFC fighters here! Not only was all of this exciting to see but the staff at this hotel is amazing. Jorge, Diana and Carlos were always so helpful, always were available for anything we needed, always ready to answer our questions, and they gave us the best tips for Miami and always with a smile. I'm positive that without Jorge, Diana and Carlos this trip would not have gone as great as it did, and I cannot thank them enough.

Very Disappointing

As I approached the hotel, there was a backup of vehicles such that i got out of my uber and walked up from the street. There were too few staff at the entry to deal with incoming cars.I understand that certain hotels need convention business, but I do not think it is appropriate for such to basically take over most of the lobby. That was the case here. Checkin was the best part of my stay and actually went smoothly and pleasantly.The room was ok - large enough but there was a lack of furniture such as a lounge chair although there was space for such. The bathroom was small - 5 ft by 12 ft all inclusive such as shower, wash basin, toilet. The clock was set to the wrong time.The noise however was the worst. You can hear everything from the hallway. Miami is a city where people come in at all hours and thus it is impossible to sleep. These guests were not being particularly loud but it comes right thru the walls or doors. The elevators also were a problem. I waited at least several minutes (at least 5 min) every time I used them.I would never stay here again and am incredibly disappointed with Hyatt that they allow this property to remain a HYATT REGENCY.
