Nice Hotel for a pre-cruise stay

We spent one night on a pre-cruise stay at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. We booked a pre-cruise package through our cruise line, Oceania. We had a room with 2 double beds on the 18th floor with a lovely view of Biscayne Bay, the marina and the cruise ships in the distance. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. We used the pool while we were there and enjoyed that too. The pool is on the 5th floor, where there is also a deck where you can sit and look out at the Bay - in the morning this is a sunny spot and with the breeze from the water it is a nice palce to relax and soak up the sun.

Amazing view and helpful staff

Very nice and helpful staff.Mr. Yazdi Patel from safety and security department was very helpful and courteous assisting with the mail package i had delivered at the hotel.View from the room id amazing!Hotel provides a shuttle to the south beach.

I just can't get enough of this place..

The first time I stayed at this resort was for my cousin's destination wedding. The entire wedding party stayed here, and the wedding took place on a Yacht that boarded right in the Harbor behind the hotel, so we opted to stay here as well; the 2nd time was just because I did not get enough of it the first time, and now I am planning a 3rd time! What a magnificent choice we made! The idealistic location of the hotel leaves breathtaking views, especially from the higher floors, especially during sunrise and sunset.. The staff are excellent! Their attentiveness to detail, and strong desire to make sure you are completely satisfied is incomparable. During our first stay we found that on on specific day our room was not cleaned to satisfaction, with a few bits of papers etc. still remaining on the floor. After calling housekeeping, the manager explained why certain papers were left there, explaining that they were receipts and such and they really did not want to discard anything we may have wanted. She then insisted the housekeeper clean the room again, and stayed there to make sure it was done to our liking. Talk about service! Needless to say we showed the housekeeper our utmost appreciation. And the bellhops! So helpful and eager to assist with anything! I would recommend this hotel a million times over. The experience is always a pleasure!

suitable also for a family stay

We are a family of five persons and stayed 6 nights between Christmas and new year. Both rooms were spacious, a bit worn but ok. Only negative surprise was a poor soundproofing.All the staff were very nice and helpful. Good experience.

Good hotel and service!

We were a week at the Marriot Biscayne Bay. The hotel iswell, well located, clean and friendly staff. great rooms and personal service in general. Special thanks to Victor Paez, service entrance, for their good care and help. We will facilitate the stay in Miami.
