One night stay for two of us.

Very busy hotel attached to other very busy hotels and shops. We checked in a Friday afternoon. The lobby area was new, shiny and exciting. Once we checked into our rooms, the excitement stopped. Our room was very tired and old feeling. Walls and ceiling needed painting and the bathroom was due for a make-over. The A/C never really worked and we never could get the lamp to work. There is a small patio that kinda overlooks the pool. There was a small table out there, but no chairs, so we weren't really sure what to do with that. We did go down and use the swimming pool and had lunch out there as well. The only person working at the bar was awesome; don't recall his name, but he was on top of things and took excellent care of us. All in all, we probably would not return to this hotel.

Dated and disgusting

Don't waste your time here, not even with Elite membership and premium rooms. Rooms dingy with old carpeting. Pubic hairs on toilet when I walked in. Carpet around the bathroom area wet. Windows facing the bay dirty. As an Elite member they give you coupons to the breakfast buffet which is a waste of time with few options. I decided to order off the menu and three different waitresses said that it would not be included in the coupon. Each time I said "I'm willing to pay" but I got sick of asking for the menu and walked out. While location is central it's not worth it.

Just wanted to thank the front staff and Yazdi Patel for helping us out during our stay at the Marriott at Biscayne Bay. We had a large event for the University of Maryland and when we were packing everything up, we ran out of packing tape for sending some very large packages back home. He showed up right away with a roll in hand. Thanks so much! John C.

Very courteous front desk staff

The perfect location before and or after a cruise. The Marriott is about a 10 minute car ride (less than $15 by taxi from the cruise port for 4 persons). We stayed at the Marriott for one night after a 6 night cruise. We stayed in room 2004 which gave us a wonderful view of the harbor and direct view of the cruise ships. We were able to check-in and leave our luggage in a secure location and take the free trolley that Miami offers to Biscayne shopping. There are fine dining options at the hotel. I chose the Marriott because of its close location to the airport (about a 10 minute ride by Super Shuttle). The Marriott is always my first choice for lodging when I travel.

Awesome hotel

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights for a business trip. Very efficient place, the restaurant had some great plates. I was waiting on a package and Jermaine from security delivered it for me and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. What a personality, great staff!!! Overall I had a relaxing a great stay.
