I stayed at the Biscayne Bay Marriott in July of 2016 and I just want to say that the security guard Gene Harden was outstanding. He was warm and knowledgable about the area and generally helpful in every way. I ran into him a couple of times and each time the level of professionalism displayed was superior. In my opinion give this guy a major raise because just dealing with gene Harden, I will always stay at the Biscayne Bay Marriott when ever I am in Miami!!!!
While traveling, I left behind some items of clothing and didn't realize it until a month or so after. After calling the hotel's lost and found, Jeremey was so helpful and efficient. It took him 5 minutes to locate my items and they were shipped to me within 2 business days! Thank you, not only for a hospitable stay but for stellar customer service and follow through.
Where to start with the customer service I have just received from the Marriott Biscayne Bay. From the head chef giving us tips on the best way to get to the airport to Victor going above and beyond to Gene checking I was OK after missing my alarm call, I really can't say enough. A 3 day stay and I felt I made friends!!! Can't wait to bring our conference back in February.A special mention to Victor, Gene Harden, and John Blezio for making our trip fabulous.Siobhan McMahon
My stay here was great! Room and amenities were good for comfort. The staff welcomed us and provided information about the hotel and its facilities. The next day when me and my colleagues were heading out, we were informed of information to go about Miami by the staff who was at the lobby and assistance and suggestions was offered. The concierge team staff Yazdi and Jeremy was also helpful as they have assisted me with my packages that was sent to this hotel. Upon check out, the receptionist also assisted me when I needed to use the business centre.(Some names could not be recalled-mind the jet lag memory)What they say about service industry is the people that makes the experience memorable and sweet, this hotel and its staff definitely has achieved it!
I stayed here for 2 days on business and had a problem with my room the first night.they upgraded me to the concierge level and nice room. They also gave me free vouchers for a great buffet breakfast at the Catch. I had snapper there for dinner the night before, it was excellent!! I went home and discovered I left my power cord in my room. I called security and spoke to Victor the manager who is overnighting me my cord! I am so impressed and will be back!!
