Center of the world

It makes feel you right in the center of the world. The big apple, the city that never sleep is just ouside the hotel. What a location, Jump out the hotel door and is Time square. NY is all you need at anytime! Breakfast, room and fitness center, great.

The perfect place!

Recently three of us stayed at this gorgeous hotel. It was perfectly located at Times Square and near to many fun places! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room size was just perfect for three of us! We loved it!

Times Square!!

Love this hotel. We enjoyed fabulous views of Times Square from our room. It's lively around the hotel 24/7. The elevators can be a bit confusing. You put in your floor and you are directed to an elevator. We also liked the proximity to all of the Broadway theaters and having Starbucks located on the first floor.It's expensive but I think that all NYC hotels are pricey.

Amazing location and service!

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this property and it was a wonderful experience. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and it was our son's first trip to NYC. Fred at the front desk was awesome - great attitude. A big thanks to him and Molly, Assistant Manager, for the great room they assigned us to- king corner room with a spectacular view of the lights on Broadway. Every employee we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Great bell staff!The location of this hotel was perfect for the purpose of our visit which was to see as many of the NYC sights as possible during our stay. Walking distance to many places and convenient to the subway to get to further away destinations. The elevator system is a little different but worked well for us - we never waited more than a minute of two for an elevator and the hotel seemed pretty busy.The only downside we found was that the furniture in the room could use updating along with the carpet but not a major deal to us. Other than that, no complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of all the excitement and lights of NYC!

Good location ...

Stayed for 5 nights in January, can't complain about price as we got a really good deal for four of us. The hotel is in an excellent location, at Times Square. We didn't spend much time in the hotel so it was fine for our purposes, I can't comment on staff as we didn't have much interaction with them. Only complaint I would make is that the maids are maybe too keen - a few of our make up sponges went missing one day we'd left them out in bathroom - can only assume they were accidentally thrown out being mistaken for rubbish. There's a handy Starbucks on the bottom floor and the staff outside were always kind enough to offer to get us a taxi or help with bags.

If selecting an all-inclusive resort option, the package will also include the all-inclusive features as outlined by each resort.
