We are owners of a property that t hey manage (if you want to call it that) and they have been solidly renting our property. BUT THEY HAVE NOT PAID US A SINGLE CENT! We are one of many who they are doing this to. They will take your money and you may not be able to enter your dream vacation home. Check their BBB ratings in central Florida and you will see their rating has been revoked. There are many law suits filed against them! BEWARE!
I stayed here from June 5-9. The hotel it self is a little dated but clean and nice. Room was big enough although I was solo so room size isn't to big of a deal. If you don't like kids this isn't for you on the other hand your going to Disney soooo kids are everywhere. The staff here is most friendly and helpful I loved the cafeteria style food court. The buses are easy to access but at times waits where up to 30 minutes long. Overall I think this is a good value hotel.
We chose this hotel to save money for the parks and souvenirs, it was a nice hotel with great grounds and wonderful for photos with the statues and decorations. As we were there close to Christmas the hotel was themed for Christmas so trees and then Xmas stock which was fantastic for different stock plus normal stock. The room was fine 2 bed a nice bathroom nothing fancy but good enough to stay while going to the parks The food however wasn't the best, a lot of fast food nothing overly fresh except some sad looking salads! We tried to eat at the parks rather than here otherwise it was a pretty good hotel to stay at
Very Average. Room was clean and that was all that was important. We went in January and were unable to use the pools. Walking through that property, the smell of garbage was really strong. The food court was very expensive and crowded. The decor is dated and needs some Disney Magic. This hotel is really all you need if you are at the parks all day. Do this hotel for the days you will be at the parks to save money, and stay at a nice hotel for the days you plan on staying in and swimming in the hotel pool.
The parks are very big and enjoyable. It takes a lot of time to come out of park , take a resort bus and come to hotel. If you plan to go back to the park, don't think of coming out.also I think no use taking park hopping tickets. It's not possible to complete even one park in a day.
