Stayed at the hotel for one week. Lovely clean room. Very busy, with "cheer leader groups" by the bucket full!!! Very noisy. Had to shout at large groups of youngsters who were sitting on the field in front of our rooms after 10pm because they were shouting and making quite a noise. You had a choice of food at breakfast, cereal, yogurts, fruits, a variety of cooked foods, pastries etc. Again very busy in the café section. Average place to stay. Two nice swimming pools. Buses to the Disney parks ran quite often from outside the hotel. Lovely friendly staff.
Having heard that the value Disney resorts featured tiny rooms I was pleasantly surprised that the 4 of us fit fine in our room. It was clean and service was great. The magic bands and online check in were a disappointment. We never received our text or email so had to go to the lobby. Then once we walked to our room the magic bands wouldn't open the door. Two trips to the lobby for a check-in requiring none, not fun after a long day in the Magic Kingdom.
If you're going to Disney on a tight budget, don't think that this hotel isn't up to par. The rooms were clean and well kept. The public areas and pool was clean. Sheets and bedding was fine. We have no complaints and where we saved by staying here, we spent in the parks.
Came here for a very relaxing weekend and all we got were senior trips with kids sitting on the field infront of our door shouting until 11:30pm and having sword fights on the bleachers in the dark. Spoke eith the coach who didn't give a care and continued to let her school scream and do whatever they wanted infront of all the rooms on the football field. Security didn't come down for at least an hour. Parents were standing outside their rooms very irritated. Found a bird they killed on the field this morning. Came back to the room this afternoon to screaming and shouting and loud clapping and dancing and loud music with at least 100 people. There is no reason this should be going on infront of the rooms. Cheering and clapping all day long. It ruined our while stay at all star sports. Our kids got to throw the football around one time the whole stay. Didn't bring them there to watch girls dance half naked!
Rooms were average, but loved the set up for families. The themed grounds were so cute and made for bunch of cute photos. Also, loved the ease of transportation to the Disney Parks. It felt like home for the time we were there. When we had a small issue with our TV maintenance came within 5 minutes of our call, that was impressive considering how an large the property is.Great hotel for a family on budget that wants the Disney experience.
