I Visited Orlando For 4 Days And Booked This Hotel. I Stayed Here May 31, 2017 Through June 4, 2017. This Hotel Is Trash! The Walls Are So Thin You Can Hear Everything All Night. My Room Phone Keep Ringing With No One On The Other End So I Unplugged It. My Last Night I Returned To The Hotel At 2100. There Was No Where To Park Due To A On-site Event Going On That Did Not Belong To The Hotel. All Guests Were Extremely Inconvenienced. Loud Music Went On Until Midnight, And I Went To The Front Desk To Ask Them To Terminate The Music. If I Had Known These Things Would Have Taken Place I Would Have Canceled My Reservation. The Morning Of June 4th I Spoke With A Assistant Manager Who Reimbursed Me One Night. I Was Unhappy With My Hotel Stay And Was Given A Name And Number Of A Mystery Manager Who I Was Never Able To Reach To Express My Dissatisfaction Of My Stay. Poor Customer Service, Deceptive Pictures On Other Websites About The Hotel To Make It Appear To Be Appealing. I Highly Encourage You To Avoid This Hotel At All Costs!
Stayed for a three day weekend with my daughter, we were very happy with the room, facilities, and location. The beds were firm but comfortable, the room was spotless. Yes, the water pressure was a little lower than we are used to but not so low as to be a problem. Having a second floor room helped make it a little more quiet since our room faced to pool. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a long day at the parks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the shuttle service to Universal was fantastic, but it really is a short walk if you want to do that.I have no hesitation to stay here again.
I was I was visiting Orlando originally for business then stayed a couple extra days for fun. I came during a busy weekend in Orlando so my hotel choices were very slim but I found this hotel on a super saver site. I was in Orlando early and the hotel staff were able to accommodate an early check-in. The pool looked amazing but never had a chance to use it. Looked they had just updated all the furniture and new bar out there as well. My room was on the second floor, there are no elevators in this hotel, but I was ok with it. The room had two queen beds and was presented nicely. Whoever cleans the room has a talent for the way the present the towels cause they were fancy. There was a fridge in my room as well. The shower is nice, sorta a spray mist thing and water pressure good, but it does take a little bit for the water to get hot. I had no complaints about it. The hotel looked like it was under construction from the outside of it. I didn’t care for the colors of the room but that’s a personal preference. Beds are a little hard, but I slept well and slept for 14 hours. My guess this hotel might have been a “motel” classification and someone bought it and are trying hard to upgrade it. The food in the restaurant also smelled amazing but never got to try it.
First off when I booked the room the night before front desk guy said checkin is at 3pm I asked because I wanted an early check in. Check in wasn’t til 4pm, when did this start then my husband heard the lady in the front say I was rude. Guess its because I’m not Spanish. The hotel is in a sucky location where you have to do a bunch of u-turns just to turn in. It’s one way in one way out. Ok let’s talk about how all these rooms have no microwave in the rooms and the microwave in something called the roasting rooms closes at 8 pm. Then it got cold one night I turned on the heater and the fire alarm went off! This hotel was ok but nothing to write home about.
If you have kids it's has a nice size pool and hot tub so you can keep your eyes on the little ones. The rooms were all really nice with exception of the hard mattresses. If your plans are to go to Universal Studios it's the hotel for you but if you have plans to visit DisneyWorld I would so look for something way better. The hotel has a shuttle that goes to DisneyWorld twice a day but it also stops at 20-25 hotels along the way. I experienced 1-2 hours on a bus just to get to the Epcot. If I knew I was going to waste an hour on the bus I wouldn't picked this hotel Hope I helped make up your mind
