From the staff to the room to the lazy river; Breakfast to in house sushi; Water slide to valet. Nightlife to movies by the pool. This is the only Hilton we will repeat visit in Orlando. Accomodations includes transportation services to all major attractions and shopping.
Hilton resort with fabulous pool, loved the lazy river as it was extremely hot during my 4 day stay. enjoyed floating there every evening after the long conference days. the hotel is nice, but somewhat isolated. Must take car or taxi anywhere. Parking is extra 22$US for self park, a fair walk away or 30$ a day for valet. I chose valet, call down as leaving roo and car was always ready by the time you got down. Valets were super polite and helpful asking every time if directions were needed I would recommend valet service if you want to arrive at your destination composed. Front desk was polite and helpful, The hotel has several options for dinning, all fairly expensive. Grab and go, bistro for quick meal and nice dinning (Italian) as well as a small place by pool. Found the $30 breakfast buffet high, with lots of chaos from all the families with kids. Nice option to sit outside in screened area. The lobby bar was nice with option to sit outside. I reserved room on high floor, but was put on 7th which was in the lower half, did not have a view of anything except lower roofs and distant trees. My profile as a HHonours asks for room far from elevators....but this was very far from elevators. The hotel is designed with elevators a one end rather then the middle. So as you walk to end of corridor, you turn and continue walking down another long corridor, I had the last room, so it was quiet but not convenient. Rm was ok, typical Hilton, liked that shower had glass enclosure not cutain. Tiles in shower are large, consequently very slippery, but they had a grab bar probably for this reason. My TV was working sporadically, so I mentioned it to front desk as going out and it was fixed by time I got back. No follow up to see if I was happy, only a little card indicating to call if required. Small coffee maker in room and fridge in dresser. It was about a 10 minute drive to Orlando Convention Centre. This hotel also has convention facilities.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd have to give it an 11. It began with my check in with Gabi who gave me a great room over looking the pool and the golf course. There was an error in my dinner order that was made right immediately with no questions asked. Finally a welcome back greeting from from Ezra Toran (valet) when I returned to the hotel. The pool area and lazy river are a great way to the end the day, oh and I can see the fireworks from my room. Worth the money a good value,
Incredible hospitality and service while my family and I made our usual spring break visit to Bonnet Creek! As usual, and not unexpected, we really enjoyed our stay. Their attention to detail and attentive service to guests is remarkable. They work as a great team to make sure everything is top notch.Meals were fantastic, especially La Luce! It's our favorite restaurant of any, anywhere. We really look forward to it. The kids always like breakfast with Rocky, entertained by his singing and napkin tricks! At La Luce, Ganni will make your dining experience one to remember. Forget the Floridian, Shula's, Capital, Johnnie's, Deep Blu etc. This is where its at! Great setting, indoor or outdoor seating. This year Eric was our server and did a fabulous job helping us navigate the menu and wine selection! It's funny having 2 boys, 10 and 13 now, asking to spend the day at the hotel vs. heading to one of the parks.Ganni, your service and attention to detail has what's made us come back year after year. Funny how a single impression from probably 5 years ago brings a family back year after year. Well done Hilton team!
Just returned from Orlando last Thursday (19/04/2017). Stayed on the 18th floor with a Disney View - wonderful for seeing the Disney Studios and Epcot fireworks every night. The hotel seems to be the tallest building in the Disney area and has the best views of the area. Only a very short drive from Disney Springs and Typhoon Lagoon. The amenities at the hotel are of a high standard (i.e. Gym, Swimming Pool, Buffet Breakfast Area, Lobby etc). What made them better was the professionalism of the staff and how they always seemed very keen to help when needed and very friendly. The hotel is designed to cater for Business and Families and has conference facilities – so I’m guessing they are familiar with having large volumes of guests. This is not realised in the hotel, however on Easter weekend the breakfast buffet bistro had a 30 – 45 minute wait over three days. Whilst this was a nuisance, I’m assuming that this is not a common occurrence. We were at the hotel for 9 nights and apart from those three days service was timely. The quality of the service from the staff was excellent from the maids, pool staff, restaurant staff, bell service, valet service, room service and the check in staff was the best. The quality of the food was good in the restaurant and room service.Thank you for making our holiday that little more special.
