Fantastic Stay

My mom and I stayed in room 700 facing the beach. It was absolutely marvelous. Upon entering there was a big living room with TV. There's a little kitchen with fridge and microwave. Plates, cups, utensils, etc are included. We had a separate bedroom with a nice size balcony. The rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked great in the 100 degree weather. Our room also had a record player with a couple of albums. Super great idea! The pool is huge and there is a separate pool area with pirate ship for the kids. They seemed to really be enjoying themselves. We ate at their Mambo's restaurant right on the beach. Food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Check their website for special events. This is a nice place to book your weddings and parties. Lots of things at the hotel to keep your guests busy. Tennis courts, s'mores pit area, basketball, cornhole, etc. Can't wait to return. Perfect getaway.

Worst hotel experience ever!

My wife and I booked this at the last minute due to an event nearby that was scheduled to go into the late hours of the night. We arrived around 11:30, exhausted and needing some sleep to be greeted by a couple of drunk guests on the front step of the main entry; one was so drunk she couldn't stand, and the other walked over to a nearby bush and commenced vomiting.I thought, that this might be a bad idea, but due to the hour we were left with little to no choices, except for driving 3 hours to the nearest relatives house. the property is huge, but has limited parking, and NO accomodations for folks with disabilities. After circling the parking lot for 20 minutes, we were able to grab a spot as someone left.We had to carry our luggage up stairs as there is no elevator, all the while, passing trash, empty liquor bottles, and vomit. We kept thinking it was going from bad to worse, and we were right. Once we found our room we were greeted with disgusting carpeting and drapes that were covered with (hopefully) some fruit type drink. The bathroom was completely gross with rusted fixtures and grime everywhere. We chose to do as similar reviewers have stated - sleep fully clothed on top of the sheets - and strongly considered abandoning the $200 (way overpriced for this cesspool!) we paid but realized that with no other options (all other hotels were full) we would not have slept at all.I would NEVER recommend this hotel for any sort of family friendly experience, and also believe as a previous review commented - they probably rent by the hour.Disgusted!

Good location

Not the nicest hotel, its old, but the location is great and for the price not a bad stay. The rooms all have a fridge, micro, and coffee maker and the staff are quite nice! The bed was comfortable but the pillows are very small. You're right on the beach and across the street from beach rental stores for any equipment you'd need.

Good in a pinch

This hotel offers a pool, smores pits, food, entertainment, and more right on the beach. Unfortunately, some of the rooms are out dated and abused by travelers. Staff is accommodating and location is perfect.

All inclusive at a great price!

I really enjoyed our family of 5's stay at the international palms. Access right to the beach was phenomenal, the beach side Resturuant Mongos featured fun live music on the weekends and the drink specials were really good. Both the kiddie and regular pools were above average. One of our favorite parts were at night there are multiple fire pits to sit and talk and enjoy some smores. Add to that the really fantastic area of palm trees and flora on the grounds of the International Palms were wellMaintained and beautiful. Only knock was out loft felt a little limited and needed a paint renovation. Easily my favorite place to stay in Cocoa Beach.
