Nice place

My wife and I came for 4 days 3 nights while they where having the celebrity pro am. Our room was very nice and clean, looked newly renovated. Nice having full kitchen and washer and dryer. Bad things: Bed hard as a rock.Light on balcony can't be turned off, it would have been nice to use it after dark and not having light on.They didn't restock our coffee.Grounds are well maintained, everything looks great. Nice that they had shuttles running to get you around. Pool area's nice, we had busy time so we didn't enjoy pool to much. Went to pool bar area to have lunch one day. Food average at best and very expensive. We had 2 Greek Salads, small fruit and veggie appetizer and 3 drinks and bill was $65.Golf course is under repair now so not much to look at while playing. Greens are rough and not grown in. Many blind drives off tee's and they have no layout of hole on tee box so you are just guessing if first time player like I was. $48 for me to play, over priced due to course conditions.Club house very nice and people very helpful. 19th hole had very good breakfast that morning and bartender was very nice and helpful. Gentlemen out at carts was great. On time picking me up at car and very helpful with advise about course for first time golfer. When golf course construction is complete and has time to grow in it looks like it will be an amazing course. We would probably come back

Don't expect to sleep!!

We stayed from January 2nd to Jan 7th 2017 .... building 29 2 bedroom villa room 305 ... room lay out was great as we were 2 mom with 4 kids I had the king size bedroom with jacuzzi tub shared it with my son..... the bed was horrible almost like sleeping on the floor except with Springs sticking in your back ...I called the front desk after the first night asked for a foam topper or something they sent me a tiny blanket to fold up under me ! It did not help ...as I could not get a refund of had to stay ...I resorted to gathering up 5 Pillows and laying them down across the bed and sleeping on that .... the other adult in the queen size room had the same problems she also slept on Pillows.... I would never recommend this place nor would I ever stay there again ! It ruined my vacation as I was in a constant state of exhaustion!

True Family Bliss

We stayed at the MD resort in December 2016. We are 4 including oyr two boys aged 9 and qqBased on a few reviews we were skeptical.Having stayed at a few area timeshares before and being owners of the Vistana, we were excited to try this resort. Here's my assessment:Resort;Stunning property, extremely well maintained. Located on a golf course, fountains and lakes scattered throughout. The resort offers great services as it is quite large, getting around isn't easy so they have a free shuttle service that will pick you up at your building and chauffeur you around to any of where in the resort free of charge. The service is fast and friendly.Fun in the sun, they boast an AWESOME 18 hole mini put that you can play on free of charge anytime you like.Free tennis courts, pickle ball and shuffle board as well as ping pong and Foosball.Free daily actives every hour from 8am to 8pm for kids and adults alike. My boys made their own Candy Sticks and they loved it! Most activities are free but a few cost under 5$.The main pool is where all the action is with a Tiki Hut and a full service bar. Waterside etc...However we preferred the pool behind the activities center. It was warmer and quieter. This Resort is a little further from the action so our conclusion is this, if you plan on enjoying what the resort has to offer and plan on spending most of your days at the resort than this is a true gem. If you are like us or many that visit this part of FL and plan on being out and about, it's quite ! a bit if travel, minimum 20mins to get to the main part of 192. You'll need a car if you want go explore. But if you have a car and don't mind a small commute than this is a fantastic place. My only and I mean only complaint is that after spending 20 mins being persuaded and nearly begged to attend their ownership presentation which we agreed to and attended promptly on time at 8h30am, planned our entire day around it, we were turned away as we refused to show the greeter our Credit Card. We told her we had one and even told her she had it on file for the room but we did not feel comfortable showing her, she turned us away. This left me feeling really bitter and confused. We own 2 timeshares and always keep an open mind at the presentations, we'll we chalked it up to it wasn't meant to be however they need to work in their aproached because it was not aproached correctly. Overall renovated 2 bedroom units was outstanding, service at front desk was always lovely. I recomend this place if travelling alone or with kids!!

Almost Great

Got a deal on Groupon so for that alone in regards to price affects my review. If I paid full price I would be more critical. The resort's WORST part is checking in. They push you to participate in a time share presentation. WE did NOT. The place is nicely laid out with several pools, mini-golf, basketball courts, a small gym, a beautiful golf course and a pretty nice clubhouse. The rooms are ok--nothing fabulous but spacious--full kitchen, washer and dryer etc...all clean. Very friendly staff. Food in clubhouse very average boarding on blah. They would do well to notch it up and they would be able to increase business easily. Overall we would go back...so almost great!

Nice place, a lot of things to do!

Mystic is a huge resort with nice pools, miniature golf and other activities (I haven't played the gold course). Rooms are nice. We stayed 2 nights in a standard one-bedroom, it is a good size for a 1 bdrm. The deluxe bedroom is bigger and has more room, the 2 bedroom is really nice. I have stayed in all of them. It is close to Disney and a lot of restaurants. Strong timeshare push, but just say no. Overall a good place to stay.
