You get for what you pay

You can reserve a room at this hotel, if you are looking for a place in where you can sleep and take a shower.

Good but not good.

Just drive 9 hours, was so tried. Got to room a little after 1am. It smelled like pet urine and Clorox and the carpet was badly stained. Should have reported but just kept shoes on at all times!! The beds were amazing...I slept all the next day and checked out at early the next morning. If they give you rm 358 outside...don't take it just request another rm before you leave desk!! It's a pretty cool place the price was good and surely all the rooms couldn't be bad.

Never Again....

On arrival checkin was simple and easy.. given keys and a map to the room..Upon entering the room we was meet with only 2 beds for a family of 3, 2 female friends and a 2 year old child. We both looked at each other, where was my 2 year old son going to sleep. After a long journey I went back to reception and spoke to them about the room. They responded with it's my issue... I booked a standard room and that's what I got, and if I wanted a packaway bed for my son that would be charged at a additional $16 a night. I explained that i was clear when I booked that I would have a child with me, and the website stated that room was appropriate, they responded quite rudely that the rooms can sleep up to four. The reception staff told me to call British airways and talk to them as it's not there problem. So for 9 nights I had to share a bed with my 2 year old son and hope he didn't fall out. As I was also told if that happens and he brakes his arm... his my responsibility and the hotel will not be held responsible... Thank you ramada...The following day I showed them on the websites where it stated that every room had a sofabed... this is a lie and they blamed British airways for the mistake.. but did then offer a packaway bed for free. But the problems kept coming.Everyday mostly the keys would stop working so you would have to take the long walk back to reception to be told it's not their fault it's must be something you have done, i.e. Put it near a cell phone or been to a theme park. Later I found out they were actually only activiating the key for one day.. this was told by the maintenance man who came out to look at the problem and a big one.The rooms are disgustingly dirty.. the cleaners are appalling, toenails from previous guest next to the bed, empty bottles under the bed, still there when we left, thick dust, hairs on bath upon arrival and still Three days later, hairs on door frames, toilets not cleaned, sink never cleaned in 9 days.. despite complaining the cleaning was never done or improved... bedding was also not changed. The cleaners would leave the lights on and curtains open so anybody walking by could see your contents and the fact u was not in your room. There is building work next to the hotel so most mornings had a nice wake up call. One night I was in the bar and my son dropped a crisp on the floor, the following day it was still there. The hotel is run down the service is appalling and I would not recommend this place to even put your animals. They take a deposit on arrival and said this would be returned 7 days after we leave... strange......Please avoid.... I could continue but I think you get the gist. The only good thing I could say about this hotel was the location, but there is plentyOf others on the same road so please choose wisely. I've never been so happy to check out of a hotel and go home.

First hotel in Florida from 29th Dec- 1st Jan.we had 6 rooms for us;my wife & me,children and grandchildren ,total 21 people for our first trip to Magic kingdom and Epcot.Shuttlebus direct outside entre' leaving 9:10 and 9:55 AM and back 9:00 and 10:00 PMIf you are missing that ,taxi for around USD 20,00 to the hotel. In one room missing in cleaning but they cleaned that quick. Comfortable beds and very helpful in the reception( we had a few young people who would like to practice for them a new language). Thanks for your patience here. It's a good idea to include breakfast,if you are going to Disneyworld

Would not stay again

I'll begin with the good parts first. The courtyard was beautiful, the view of the pool. The pool was nice. Also, the restaurant in the hotel is delicious! The room was absolutely awful. Upon walking in we noticed the door did not even lock... that's when I got worried. There was a very strange odor in the room, kind of moldy. The curtain seemed like it was over 10 years old; they were dusty. The bathroom was disgusting. Had hair in the drain and was all scratched up. The carpets had so many stains. We also tried playing pool and it didn't even have all of the balls and was all dusty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs a lot of remodeling
