Me, my husband, my best friend, and her fiancé just stayed at the Rosen Inn for 5 nights for our Orlando vacation. The check in staff were very kind and informative. The room was clean and comfy and the bathroom looked newly renovated! They have a great breakfast buffet for less than $10 a person and they give you a coupon for it! The pool and arcade were very nice and they have a 24 hour gift shop downstairs near the lobby that has souvenirs, sunblock, snacks, drinks, and even alcohol!!!!! They allowed us to pay $25 extra on the last day to have a late late 3pm checkout which was amazing! This is located on I-drive and is super close to Universal. They have a free shuttle service everyday to take you there and back! It was also in waking distance of many restaurants and stores! Definitely a great stay and would definitely recommend!
We stayed here for 4 nights last week. We were unfortunate to have been allocated to an old room on the old building (there are 2 buildings one looks much newer and nicer) we had a soaking wet floor from the air con, the door was difficult to open oh and we were on floor 4 and the elevator didn't work for the whole time we were there. So we had to carry our bags up the stairs and each time we wanted to go out had to walk 4 flights of stairs. I went to use the laundry in the old building and at night the sensor light went off and I was in the pitch black about every 30 seconds then it turned out the machine didn't work anyway so I got to go and use the one in the nice newer building (wish we had got to stay there). The old building didn't feel very safe either and I don't scare easily. One of the nights we had a group outside our door yelling and screaming for about 5 minutes then they bashed on our door and ran away. The free shuttle to universal was good and I will also say the location of the hotel was good to I-Drive close to lots of dining options
Stayed at the Rosen Inn during Hurricane Irma. Staff put you at ease. Hotel services were enhanced to assure guest were as comfortable as they could possibly be during these dire circumstances, increasing meal service and reducing room cost.Mr. Rosen, himself, visited each property to assure the comfort of his guest and both the safely of his staff and their families, providing them with lodging and meals. He has definitely earned my respect and my business. I will utilize Rosen Inns and highly recommend them. He definitely gives back to the community.
My son and I stayed here for 6 nights in August. From start to finish, all the hotel staff were super polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was very comfortable and always clean. The transportation staff were great with advice and help about the shuttle buses/taxis to the park. Breakfast was great - lots of choice for a good price and lovely waiting staff too. The little shop was well stocked. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay at all (oh well maybe the bath towels were a little small, but I coped!!). If we come back, we will come back to stay at this Rosen Inn for sure. Thank your for an enjoyable visit!
Love this hotel, the staff are helpful, bubbly and friendly, never a cross word or sad face. The hotel is situated central to everything you could want, the parks and shopping. The amenities are fairly decent, a small gym and an arcade. The palm dining hall stocks a good range of breakfast and the food is good and the service is great. Restaurants all along International drive, so you will always find something to your taste. This hotel is highly recommended, good value, clean, great position on the drive, and fantastic staff.
