I have just had a two week holiday at this location, I had a three bedroom condo which had a double bedroom suite with bathroom and shower, another double bed bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds. A second bathroom with shower is also provided along with a fully fitted kitchen living room and dining room. The master bedroom also has a safe. The condo was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay here and would return again. There was a large pool on site with a bar restaurant and gym. The staff were friendly.
Leased an apartment for 6 months while working in Davenport Florida. These are stick apartments so the noise from the room above will transfer through the floor. A lot of visitors we met asked to move from their rooms because of noise. Could not get rid of the black Mold from the bathroom. Can not believe they have a high "Trip Adviser" rating.
We booked through Thomson holidays staying for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom condo. Check in was quick and easy. No hidden fees. We opted to pay the $39 as an insurance rather than hold a fee on the credit card. The condo was clean and spacious with everything you need to stay self catering. 2 very large bedrooms with walk in closets and 2 large bathrooms. The balcony is screened which is great. Parking is free. No cleaning service but we are used to staying in a villa so this was not an issue for us, we prefer the privacy. We made use of the free DVD hire. We reall enjoyed our stay here which overall we found very relaxing even throughout hurricane Matthew's turmoil. Location wise we found it perfect, whilst we did not visit Disney during this trip, it is only 1 or 2 junctions away on the I4 or the toll road and depending on traffic, about 20 minutes to Universal. The pool area, bar and restaurant were great. Jacuzzi was lovely.Publix, Walgreens, Chilis, Millers, Wendy's, Red Robin, McDonalds, an Italian, Fish and chip shop and Subway and more all at the end of the road in Championsgate. The only negatives were, we stayed in block 6 which backed on to the I4 which we found a bit too loud - the plus side of this is we were up super early every day with the road noise so got more done and we were a short walk to dump the trash. The other negative was the seating. We found that the couch and seat were very uncomfortable in our condo. I did email a few weeks prior to arriving to ask about possibly upgrading to a select condo but never received a reply. Overall we liked the resort and would probably book again.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo near the pool. Everything has been great. The condo is very roomy with every amenity we need. The pool area is very relaxing with a nice bar just off to the side. There is a bar happy hour every day with great prices! Our little ones have loved the zero entry pool as well as the kiddie pool.
Really enjoyed our stay here, it is close to the Disney parks but away from the busyness of international drive. It was lovely coming back for a swim and some quiet time after all the excitement of the parks. Our apartment was large and well equipped. Some of the fittings were a little dated, but they worked well, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It probably wouldn't work for a group who wanted to be in the middle of the shops, restaurants and attractions but it suited our family down to the ground. I especially loved the cabanas around the pool, which gave it a secluded, luxury feel. Our one frustration was the very noisy family above us. I guess they could have been anywhere though.
