Tuscana World Hotel Resort
- What's Included
Well this is my third time that I stayed at this resort but this can be our last time. I stayed first back in 2009 and the resort rooms were nice back then. The second one was in 2014 and when I compared the resort with other ones that I have been able to visit it started to show that the rooms were slightly outdated but fine. This week we stayed at the resort again. As always the size of the room is great, close to mayor attractions, and nice food. Now the room is outdated, even for the size, the TV's are like going back in time to the 90's. The couch had a nasty stain and smelled like if someone had a really bad time there. One of the closets has mold in the junction of the roof and the wall. Also it had spider webs everywhere. The furniture in the rooms was scratched in every corner and even one of the dressers/TV table was broken in the base. Talking about broken stuff, it was amusing for me finding that the TV was broken and then fixed with tape in two of the corners. Another thing that scared me the most is finding a broken smoke alarm which based in the current regulations it is a serious violation of the building safety codes. This is the reason why I'm giving the poor review, the safety of the guests should be a priority not limited only to check who have the parking permit. We have to cancel and check out as soon as we found another hotel due to my wife had allergies and the amount of mold in the room gets her sick. Just hope that they can fix this problems and attract more guests.
Stayed here with the family in April 2017, Reasonaby close to all attractions. Check in was excellent. Best I have ever experienced. Very fast & efficient. Stayed in the 2 bedroom condo unit on the 1st floor. Very spacious and well kept. Fairly large pool area which was quite nice Only issue and it is small was the sunscreen porch only has 2 chairs which prevented all of us from enjoying the area at once. We would definitely go back
lovely resort but holiday ruined by Irma. lovely pool area bar and apartment. However terrible noise from upstairs apartment so heavy footed and unthoughtful. ridiculous. and to be fair noise from highway meant could not use balcony really. well equipped apartment but not sure would come back due to issues mentioned.
stayed in block 8 very clean and modern 3 bedroom apartment, check in was quick and found it worth our stay didnt have a chance to use the restaurant or facilites but i would stay again, its was about 15 mins from disney park so you need a car, but mcdonalds and dunkin donuts and publix are about a 10 min walk so there are plenty of shops close by and a 2 gas stations
Stayed at the Tuscana for 2 Weeks in July 2017. Great place to stay, we had a 2 bed Condo which was in very good condition, very comfortable and roomy. The condo has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a roomy dining area and a comfortable sitting room. Kitchen, dining area and sitting room are all in an open plan layout. The resort was as clean and we'll kept as it was when we were first there in 2009. Though the resort was very busy, once inside the condo you couldn't hear any noise from outside. With the Tuscana being in Champions Gate you are close to I4, therefore handy for getting around. Exit 58. The staff at check-in/Front desk are very polite and helpful. Checking in and out was handled with speed and no fuss.To finish, I'm sure that we will re-visit the Tuscana for our vacation again sometime in the future.
