We booked our stay at WorldQuest with only 4 weeks to go, and our 3 bed room apartment was exactly what we wanted. It was on the first floor with a great view of the lake in building 4. The rooms were clean, fresh and the whole stay was fantastic. The pool area was lovely with fresh towels and was well lit in the evenings also. It was great to have snacks available at reception also if you didn't want to run out for any essentials. We were due to check out on the wednesday when Hurricane Matthew was approaching but our next hotel advised us not to come. The staff at WorldQuest couldn't have been more helpful. They did everything they possibly could for us and they managed to secure an extra nights stay to brace out the hurricane. To the three girls working at reception on the morning of Wednesday 6th Oct, thank you so much. They were dealing with a lot of enquiries and were obviously busy but they did everything they could for us. Fantastic staff. We loved every minute of our stay here, and we'll definitely be back again.
Nice place with a very convenient access to most of attractions in Orlando .Very clean and availability of amenities like kitchen and laundry.I found gym needed some expansion and more equipment.Parking is plenty and access to gas stations.
We just returned from a three night stay at WorldQuest Orlando. The resort was fantastic!!We stayed in the three bedroom/three bathroom suite and found it more than accomodating for three adults and two kids. The suite was spotless upon check in ! My family loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and the screened in patio for meals. I loved the washer and dryer included in the suite. The beautiful pool at the resort was a hit with the kids and adults. The spa at the pool was always found at the perfect temperature. The front desk staff was lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.We arrived hours before check in time and we were permitted to enjoy the pool and store our luggage while we wait. The 24 hour convience store( stocked with anything you could possibly need) located in the lobby was greatly appreciated. The resort is located just minutes from all of the Disney theme parks and Disney Springs. This ideal location truly helped our days at the park run smoothly!Worldquest was a great value and we look forward to returning for our next Disney vacay!* I would recommend adding the full daily housekeeping option. Virginia did a great job and even left towel art in our bedrooms! 😊
We stayed for 4 nights in a 3 BR, 2 Bath suite in Building 7. You cannot get a better value than this resort -- we paid about $130/night including the cleaning fee. We loved having room to spread out, including the delightful screened in deck overlooking a lake, where we ate breakfast every morning. The suite is tastefully, if somewhat sparsely, furnished and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub are beautiful. Parking is free and convenient. The location is fantastic for getting to Disney. Some recommendations:-Take a look at the building maps because some of the buildings (including 7, where we stayed) are really far from the lobby and pool. We didn't mind because we like the quiet, but others with small kids might not like being that far out.-If you want a quieter room, don't choose a pool view. We went to the pool a couple times late in the evening and (aside from expected pool noise) both times there were people out on balconies overlooking the pool talking loudly.-Do your grocery shopping elsewhere. There is a Publix a few miles away. The on-site convenience store is nice to have but very expensive.-If you are staying for a while, bring your own laundry detergent. They don't give you enough to do more than 1 or 2 loads.-The kitchens have nothing but the most basic cooking implements and coffee making supplies. No spices, no condiments, not even salt & pepper. Bring anything you need other than basic dishware. What could they have done to earn a 5? -First, wash down the walls once in a while. Our walls had dirt and drips here and there as well as dusty baseboards. Not a big deal but could so easily be remedied. -Second, the beds were made with thin sheets and one thin blanket each. There wasn't an extra blanket in the whole place. Just one for the suite (for those guests who run colder than others) would have been appreciated. -Also, get better pillows! Those hard, foam pillows are sad.-One non-stick pan in the kitchen would be nice. We welded eggs to the one frying pan provided despite using copious amounts of butter. No one wants to spend their vacation scrubbing cheap pans.-Lower the prices a bit at the convenience store. We paid $18 for small salt/pepper dispenser (which should have been provided for free in the kitchens in my opinion), a pack of English Muffins and one ice cream bar. I expect to pay a bit higher for convenience but that's pretty steep.-put better lightbulbs in the bathrooms. We literally had to keep the lights on in one of our bathrooms all the time because of how long the CFL bulbs in there took to warm up.Those are mainly just quibbles though and probably to be expected given the price point of this resort. I would absolutely stay here again because the value is amazing and the facilities are very nice.
We stayed this weekend in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. Overall the unit was spacious with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. A bit dated, and some sugar ants in the kitchen but still well worth the $$$. Laval at the Tiki Bar rocks - be sure to stop by and see him - you'll be glad you did.
