The resort is huge with a lot to do!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and was ready right when I checked in. There are plenty of pools and restaurants on site. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would go back to this place!

We absolutely loved the service. The bartender Nicholas Robilotto went above and beyond. He was not just a great bartender but was a great guy. We will definitely recommend our friends to visit TradeWinds and Salty's, the tiki bar by the beach!

Excellent, caring staff makes the difference!

I have stayed at this resort several times, and each time has been consistent. The resort itself has everything you need on property, but its location is within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping if you need to venture out. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Families can find something for everyone to do with scheduled daily activities. During this stay, we were in the Hibiscus building, which is literally just steps away from the pools, jacuzzi and restaurants. Our room had two comfortable double beds, a kitchenette, and a living area--plenty of room for our busy family. Most of all, the staff is amazing. David at the front desk went above and beyond to work in our reservation. Natasha and Kacy were an immense help when we were checking in as well. Sofia in housekeeping and Alicia and Becki at the Flying Bridge just added to the pleasant experience. Every employee here greets you with a smile and "hello." Great service!

One of BlueGreen's Finest Destinations

For three consecutive years, we have stayed at this fabulous resort. Although it is not wholly owned by the BlueGreen Corporation, the Breckenridge building, featuring approximately 200 rooms, is specifically a BlueGreen property. About half of the rooms overlook the gulf and the beautiful grounds. The property features approximately four onsite restaurants, three pools, cabanas, a giant slide, etc. we particularly liked Bermuda's Steak & Seafood restaurant, although they were closed on Tuesday & Wednesday. The adult pool was nice, with a Guitarist playing and singing songs throughout the afternoon and early evenings. The rooms could best be described as a "hotel room on steroids". There is a mini-fridge, microwave, small sink, small table, and basic kitchen necessities inside the unit. Otherwise, it is a two bed, one bath hotel room. We were fortunate enough to be on the beach side with a balcony; but, not all rooms have these features. The building is a bit older and some of the mattresses need replacing and the bathroom plumbing needs some attention. However; the large staff keep the facilities in prime condition, particularly considering that the building is older. Most of the amenities are included at no additional charge, for BlueGreen owners. We particularly liked the beachfront cabanas. With the exception of the front row, one cabana per room can be reserved, at no additional charge, for the following day. Front row cabanas can be reserved at $15.00 per day.In addition to the beautiful flat sandy beach, children will love the kiddie pool and the giant slide. Tradewinds definitely has something for everyone. Considering nearby restaurants, Snappers, Skidders, Baskin Robins, etc., the resort is a destination within itself. Of course, many other restaurants and activities are only a short drive away.Hopefully, we can return during the second and third weeks of June for many years to come! At 1,250 points per weeknight, Tradewinds is just one of the many reasons we love our BlueGreen membership!

Topnotch staff at this resort!

I visited this resort recently for a conference and I was truly impressed with the courteous and helpful staff! They went out of their way to make sure that guests had everything they needed for a comfortable visit...even providing umbrellas when it rained! The grounds were well kept and beautiful! I hope to visit again for a family vacation.
